Lyon's traditional double tier metal locker is manufactured in the USA and features a 6-door design that can be used individually or combined to create a full locker system. The locker includes 16-gauge, one-piece steel doors and 24-gauge body parts, with lap-welded door frame corners for a strong and rigid assembly. Each door has 6-inch-wide louvers for ventilation and the locker stands on 6-inch-high legs providing additional toe room beneath the doors. Inside each locker compartment, there is one double prong hook and three single prong hooks for hanging coats or bags. The recessed steel handle sits flush with the door and contains an internal hasp for securing a user-provided padlock. This model features Lyon's patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system with a lockbar engaging both the top and bottom of the frame for enhanced security. The nylon lockbar guide is tamper-resistant, ensuring smooth operation and quieter use. The locker can be ordered unassembled or assembled; unassembled units assemble in the field with nuts and bolts, while assembled units are professionally put together using pop rivets, which provide a strong and durable connection. Lyon recommends properly anchoring the lockers during installation for safety.
