Lyon® standard steel single tier lockers are made in the USA with 16-gauge, one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts, featuring a strong and rigid assembly by laps and welds at the door frame corners. Each locker includes a 6-inch-wide door louver for ventilation and 6-inch-high legs for additional toe room below the door. The recessed steel handle sits flush with the locker door to prevent snagging and contains a hasp inside the recessed cup for a user-provided padlock. These lockers utilize Lyon®'s patent pending metal nano-roller latching system that engages the top and bottom of the frame with a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide to ensure smooth operation and reduce noise. Lockers can be ordered unassembled, with the door and frame shipping as one piece requiring nuts and bolts for field assembly, or assembled professionally using pop rivets for enhanced durability. Lyon® recommends proper anchoring to a wall or floor during installation.
