Lyon's® rivet rack shelving add-on is a medium-duty, boltless metal rack system designed for retail, commercial, and office storage needs, featuring a durable powder coat finish in dove gray. Each add-on section includes two 7-foot T-post uprights made from 14-gauge steel with keyhole slots to hold the beams securely, used as intermediate uprights when combining multiple sections with starter units having angle posts on the outermost corners. The shelving levels consist of 14-gauge double rivet steel beams, including two width beams and two depth beams per level, creating a rigid assembly with easy, tool-free level adjustment on 1-1/2-inch centers. The rivet rack shelving ships unassembled and assembles quickly without tools. Proper anchoring is strongly recommended using the included foot plates and wedge anchors to secure the racks to floors or walls, ensuring installation is plumb and level.
