Iron Range's full size electric convection oven (standard depth) is constructed of stainless steel with a stainless steel front, sides, and angular legs, featuring double pane thermal glass windows on the doors. The oven operates with a 1/2 HP two-speed forced air fan motor system with a cool down feature and has an interior with a 10 position rack guide spaced 1.5" apart, fitting full-size sheet pans and including five heavy-duty adjustable chrome plated oven racks per cavity. The oven interior is seamless nano porcelain for easy cleaning and chip resistance. Controls include electronic features with a 60-minute timer, manual temperature knob, an accurate solid-state thermostat with a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F, and a temperature ready indicator light. The double-pane glass doors have an interlock switch that automatically turns the fan and burners off when opened. The unit ships with a 208V/1PH electrical connection, includes a 6" caster kit with two locking casters and two without, and has a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection. The oven has 9.0 KW power, and all electric convection ovens carry ETL approval for electric and sanitation meeting USA food service requirements. The warranty covers 1 year parts and labor.
