Iron Range's full size electric convection oven (standard depth) is constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, and angular legs, and features double-pane thermal glass windows on the doors with an interlock switch that automatically turns the fan and burners off when opened. The oven operates with a forced air, 1/2 HP two-speed fan motor system with a cool down feature, inside a 10 position rack guide spaced 1.5" apart, fitting full-size sheet pans and including 5 heavy-duty adjustable chrome plated oven racks per cavity. The interior is seamless nano porcelain, chip resistant and easy to clean. Controls include electronic settings with a 60-minute timer, a manual temperature knob, an accurate solid state oven thermostat with a temperature range from 150°F to 550°F, and a temperature ready indicator light. The oven ships at 208V/1PH and comes with a 6" caster kit (two with lock, two without) and a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection. It carries ETL approval for electric and sanitation compliance meeting USA foodservice requirements. Warranty coverage is one year parts and labor. Note that double units are shipped as two singles with an included stacking kit.
