The Iron Range model IR-4B commercial gas range features four powerful 30,000 BTU cast iron burners, each equipped with an individual pilot light, heavy-duty 12" x 12" removable cast iron grate, and individual instant light control knob. It is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, a 24.75" high back riser, and over shelf, mounted on 6" casters, and includes a 3/4" NPT gas connection. The unit ships configured for natural gas but includes an LPG conversion kit for easy conversion to propane gas. The standard oven is powered by a 30,000 BTU burner and includes two easily removable adjustable oven racks, a no-chip nano porcelain oven liner for easy cleaning, and a compression spring door hinge system for durability. The oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 550°F and features a flame failure safety device. The range is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame, a removable crumb tray, and features two locking casters and two non-locking casters. The oven door has a cool-to-touch handle, and the control system uses push-in knobs with an efficient hi-low burner system. The entire unit carries ETL approval for gas and sanitation, meeting USA food service requirements, and comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty.
