The Iron Range model IR-10B commercial gas range features ten powerful 30,000 BTU cast iron burners, each equipped with an individual pilot light, heavy-duty 12" x 12" removable cast iron grate, and an instant light control knob. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, a 24.75" high back riser, over shelf, 6" casters, and a 3/4" NPT gas connection, the unit is shipped for natural gas but includes an LPG conversion kit for easy adaptation to propane gas. The base contains two standard ovens, each powered by a 30,000 BTU burner and fitted with two removable oven racks. The ovens feature no-chip nano porcelain liners for easy cleaning, compression spring door hinges for durability, and thermostats adjustable from 250°F to 550°F. Both ovens are equipped with flame failure safety devices. Controls include push-in knobs with an efficient hi-low burner system, and oven handles remain cool to the touch. The steel frame is heavy-duty with a removable crumb tray, and the unit includes two locking casters and two non-locking casters. The IR-10B carries ETL approval for gas and sanitation, meeting USA food service requirements. Warranty coverage is 1 year for parts and labor.
