The Iron Range countertop gas range is a commercial unit without an oven, featuring four 25,000 BTU burners designed for high heat performance. The burners include removable top halves for easy cleaning and individual pilot lights with front access for reliable ignition. Heavy-duty cast iron grates are fully removable, complementing the easy-to-clean, lift-off stainless steel hot plate with an extended cool-to-touch front edge. The range is constructed with stainless steel front and sides, equipped with 4-inch adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs, and includes a removable full-width stainless steel grease catch pan. Large temperature control knobs with set screws provide precise burner control, while the unit ships configured for natural gas but includes an LPG conversion kit for propane use. The entire countertop hot plate carries ETL approval for gas and sanitation, meeting USA food service requirements. Warranty coverage includes 1 year of parts and labor.
