Iron Range's full size gas convection oven is constructed of stainless steel with front, sides, and angular legs, featuring double-pane thermal glass windows on the doors and a 6" caster kit included, with two casters having locks and two without. The oven operates with a forced air, 1/2 HP two-speed fan motor system that includes a cool down feature and a 10 position rack guide spaced at 1.5" increments, accommodating full-size sheet pans and housing five heavy-duty adjustable chrome plated oven racks per cavity. The interior is made of seamless nano porcelain, which is chip resistant and easy to clean, including the corners. Controls operate at 120V, 60Hz with electronic controls featuring a 60-minute timer and a manual temperature knob ranging from 150°F to 550°F, accompanied by a temperature ready indicator light and a 6" power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug. The double-pane glass doors have an interlock switch that automatically turns off the fan and burners when opened. The unit ships configured for natural gas with a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection and includes an LPG conversion kit for easy propane gas conversion. All convection ovens have ETL approval for gas and sanitation compliant with USA food service requirements. The warranty covers 1 year for parts and labor.
