Alturnamat® Mat-Paks are a convenient and economical package consisting of 12 mats plus accessories and a metal storage skid rack. Each Mat-Pak includes twelve mats measuring either 4' x 8' or 3' x 8', twenty single Turn-A-Links, two Handi-Hooks, one metal storage rack, and two ratchet straps. These mats can be easily loaded onto a truck bed to create nearly a 50-foot roadway to a job site or form a working platform for vehicles and personnel. Designed as a multifunctional ground protection mat, Alturnamat® features an aggressive diamond plate tread design and a high load capacity ideal for soft or sensitive ground conditions in construction, civil engineering, groundwork, and events industries. The mats are made from 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE), making them virtually indestructible with a load capacity of up to 120 tons. Their flexible construction allows them to conform to the contours of uneven or sloping terrain, providing an effective access solution. Mat weights range from 86 lbs (39 kg) at the largest size to 21.4 lbs (9.7 kg) at the smallest, allowing for deployment and maneuverability without special equipment; strategically positioned hand holes enhance handling convenience. Mats connect securely through Turn-A-Links to form a stable trackway or work pad. Load bearing capacity depends on ground conditions, and sizing has a manufacturing variance of ±5%. The mats are composed of 100% recycled HDPE and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
