VersaMat® Mat-Paks are an economical package that includes 12 mats sized either 4' x 8' or 3' x 8', 20 single Turn-A-Links, 2 Handi-Hooks, 1 metal storage rack, and 2 ratchet straps, designed for easy transportation and storage. The mats enable the creation of nearly a 50-foot roadway or a working platform for vehicles and personnel. VersaMat® features a low-profile slip-resistant traction surface, ideal for pedestrian applications, with the standard mat offering the aggressive AlturnaMat® tread on one side and an option for a smooth surface. With a high load-bearing capacity of 120 tons, VersaMat® suits vehicle trackways, parking areas, and staging locations. Each mat weighs approximately 86 lbs (39 kg) at its maximum size and is manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene, ensuring durability and weather resistance. Its flexible construction allows the mat to conform to sloping or uneven ground for effective access solutions. The mats connect securely using flat Turn-A-Links connectors, although load-bearing capacity depends on ground conditions. Dimensions are subject to a manufacturing variance of +/- 5%.
