VersaMat® Mat-Paks are economical packages that include 12 mats available in either 4' x 8' or 3' x 8' sizes, 20 single Turn-A-Links, 2 Handi-Hooks, 1 metal storage rack, and 2 ratchet straps, designed for easy loading onto a truck bed to create nearly a 50-foot roadway or a working platform for vehicles and personnel. VersaMat® mats are multi-functional ground protection solutions featuring a low-profile slip-resistant traction surface ideal for pedestrian use, with the standard mat having an aggressive AlturnaMat® tread on one side and also available with a smooth surface for versatility. These mats have a high load-bearing capacity of 120 tons, suitable for vehicle trackways, parking areas, or staging supplies and equipment. Each mat weighs just 86 lbs (39 kg) at maximum size and is manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene, providing durability and resistance to weather conditions. The mats have a flexible construction allowing them to conform to the contours of sloping or undulating ground, enhancing access on varied terrain, and can be connected securely with flat Turn-A-Links connectors. Load-bearing capacity depends on ground conditions, and sizing may vary by ±5%. VersaMat® is man-deployable and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
