VersaMat® mat-paks are an economical and convenient package that includes 12 mats measuring either 4' x 8' or 3' x 8', 20 single Turn-A-Links, 2 Handi-Hooks, a metal storage skid rack, and 2 ratchet straps. Designed to create a nearly 50-foot roadway or a working platform for vehicles and personnel, VersaMat® mats provide a multi-functional ground protection solution with a heavy load capacity of 120 tons*, accommodating construction equipment. The mats feature a low-profile, slip-resistant traction surface suitable for pedestrian applications, with the standard model offering an aggressive AlturnaMat® tread on one side and an optional smooth surface for versatility. Each mat weighs 86 lbs (39 kg) at its maximum size, allowing for manual deployment. Manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene, VersaMat® mats are durable and resistant to all weather conditions, and their flexible construction conforms to sloping or undulating ground conditions for effective access solutions. The mats connect securely using flat Turn-A-Link connectors; load-bearing capacity is dependent on ground conditions, while sizing can vary by +/- 5%. VersaMat® mat-paks come with a limited lifetime warranty.
