The hook plate enables any fork truck to safely lift a load using chains, cables, or slings. It features slanted fork openings to prevent the hook plate from being used upside down and includes a hook with an anchor shackle. Constructed from heavy-duty solid steel, it provides long-lasting rugged use. The double-fork style securely slides onto both fork truck forks, and a safety restraint with a snap hook attaches the unit to the carriage of the fork truck. The forged steel hook with a safety latch ensures worker safety.
