The Merit Brass 125 lb lead-free fitting is a 2" x 1/2" reducing coupling with NPT female connections. These red brass fittings are designed for low-pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), with pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G. They comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. Offering superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, the material's relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal.
