The Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting 3/4" x 1/2" 90 degree reducing elbow NPT female is a red brass fitting designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). It has pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G., and meets ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fitting offers superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and its relative softness allows for easy installation and a tight seal. These brass fittings are primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications but are also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
