The Merit Brass 125 lb lead-free fitting is a 3/4" x 1/2" x 1/2" reducing tee with NPT female connections, designed for use in low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). These red brass fittings have pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for water, oil, and gas, and comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The material offers superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and its relative softness allows for easy installation with a tight seal. Primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these brass fittings are also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
