Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting is a 3/4" x 1/4" hex bushing with NPT male x female connections. These red brass fittings can be used in low pressure applications for water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.) with pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G. They comply with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fittings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and their relative softness facilitates easy installation and creates a tight seal. Brass fittings are primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, but they are also suitable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
