The Merit Brass 125 lb lead-free fitting is a 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/4" reducing tee NPT female red brass fitting suitable for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). These fittings maintain pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. They are designed to provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and their relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. Primarily utilized in commercial plumbing and OEM applications for water, these brass fittings are also applicable for oil, gas, and steam applications.
