The Merit Brass 150 lb lead-free fitting features a 1/2" threaded companion flange with NPT female connections. Made from red brass, these fittings are suitable for low-pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). They have pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fittings provide superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, and the material's relative softness ensures easy installation and a tight seal. Primarily used for water in commercial plumbing and OEM applications, these brass fittings are also applicable for oil, gas, and steam systems. Warranty terms are included with the product.
