The Merit Brass 125 lb lead free fitting 1/4" 45 degree elbow NPT female red brass fittings are designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). These fittings feature pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. Offering superior corrosion resistance compared to yellow brass, the relative softness of the material facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. While primarily utilized in commercial plumbing and OEM applications for water, these brass fittings are also suitable for use in oil, gas, and steam applications.
