Fittings are used to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, allowing for straight connections, directional changes, flow adjustments, or pipe termination to stop flow. Our Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings comply with ISO procedures and meet the following specifications: material options of 304 and 316 stainless steel, threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1, with dimensions according to ISO49. Each fitting also undergoes stringent quality control measures, including a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis, while burrs are carefully removed to prevent damage to sealants and ensure reliable seals.
