Our Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings are manufactured in compliance with ISO procedures and meet the following specifications: materials include 304 and 316 stainless steel, with threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1 standards and dimensions following ISO49. Each fitting is rigorously tested to ensure quality, undergoing a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis, while burrs are removed to prevent damage to sealants and ensure effective seals.
