Fittings are used to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe, allowing for configurations that connect pipes in a straight line, change the direction of flow, increase or reduce the flow, or close the pipe end to stop the flow. Our line of Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings is manufactured in compliance with ISO procedures and meets the following specifications: Material options include 304 and 316 stainless steel, Threads conform to ANSI B1.20.1, and Dimensions are according to ISO49. Each fitting undergoes rigorous quality assurance tests, including a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis. Additionally, burrs are meticulously removed to avoid severing sealant and to prevent compromised seals.
