Our line of Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings is manufactured in accordance with ISO procedures and meets the following specifications: Material options include 304 and 316 stainless steel, with threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1 and dimensions following ISO49 standards. Each fitting is subject to rigorous quality assurance processes, including a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis. Additionally, burrs are meticulously removed to prevent severing sealant and avoid poor seals, ensuring high reliability and performance in various applications.
