Fittings are essential components used to join two or more lengths of pipe or to close off the end of a pipe. They can connect pipes in a straight line, change the direction of flow, increase or reduce the flow, or seal the pipe end to stop the flow. Our line of Class 150 ISO pattern stainless steel fittings is manufactured in compliance with ISO procedures and meets the following specifications: Material options include 304 and 316 stainless steel, with threads conforming to ANSI B1.20.1 standards, and dimensions according to ISO 49. Each fitting is rigorously tested, including a thread test, pneumatic pressure testing, and material composition analysis. Additionally, burrs are removed to ensure the integrity of sealant applications and to prevent poor sealing outcomes.
