Thermaflex M-KE HVAC ducts are designed with a vinyl coated spring steel wire coil construction, making them suitable for low to medium pressure heating and cooling environments. This kit includes ducts with a core that is bonded to the steel wire coil, providing support for fiberglass insulation. Duct insulation options are available in three R-values: R-4.2, R-6.0, and R-8.0, accommodating varied thickness requirements. The acoustically rated polyethylene inner liner effectively eliminates noise and allows for easy expansion. These spiral ducts are also resistant to mold and mildew, with a temperature range of -20°F to 200°F and intermittent use up to 250°F. The inner core is self-extinguishing, and the ducts come in diameters ranging from 4 to 20 inches. Additionally, the product is Greenguard certified and is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
