Thermaflex M-KE HVAC ducts feature a vinyl coated spring steel wire coil construction, making them suitable for low to medium pressure heating and cooling environments. This efficient flex duct system includes a core that is bonded to the steel wire coil, providing support for the fiberglass insulation. Duct insulation is available in three different R-values: R-4.2, R-6.0, and R-8.0, catering to varied thickness requirements. The acoustically rated polyethylene inner liner effectively eliminates noise and allows for easy expansion. Additionally, these spiral ducts are resistant to mold and mildew. They can operate within a temperature range of -20°F to 200°F, with an intermittent temperature rating of -20°F to 250°F. The inner core is designed to be self-extinguishing, and the ducts are available in diameters ranging from 4 to 20 inches. They also carry Greenguard certification and come with a 10-year limited warranty.
