Thermaflex M-KE HVAC ducts are constructed with a vinyl coated spring steel wire coil, making them suitable for low to medium pressure heating and cooling applications. These flexible ducts feature a core that is bonded to the steel wire coil to support fiberglass insulation, with insulation available in three different R-values: R-4.2, R-6.0, and R-8.0. The acoustically rated polyethylene inner liner effectively eliminates noise and allows for easy expansion. Additionally, these spiral ducts are mold and mildew resistant, offering a temperature range from -20°F to 200°F and an intermittent range from -20°F to 250°F. The inner core is self-extinguishing, and the ducts are available in diameters ranging from 4 to 20 inches. They are Greenguard certified and come with a 10-year limited warranty.
