Thermaflex M-KE HVAC ducts feature a vinyl coated spring steel wire coil construction, making them suitable for low and medium pressure heating and cooling environments. This highly efficient flex duct includes a core that is bonded to the steel wire coil to support fiberglass insulation, available in three different R-values: R-4.2, R-6.0, and R-8.0 for varied thickness. The acoustically rated, polyethylene inner liner effectively reduces noise and allows for easy expansion. These spiral ducts are mold and mildew resistant, with a temperature range from -20°F to 200°F and -20°F to 250°F intermittent. The inner core is self-extinguishing, and the ducts come in diameters ranging from 4 to 20 inches. They are GREENGUARD certified and come with a 10-year limited warranty.
