Thermaflex M-KE HVAC ducts are constructed with a vinyl coated spring steel wire coil, making them suitable for low to medium pressure heating and cooling environments. These efficient flex ducts feature a core that is bonded to the steel wire coil to support fiberglass insulation, and the insulation is available in three different R-values: R-4.2, R-6.0, and R-8.0 for varying thicknesses. The ducts have an acoustically rated polyethylene inner liner that eliminates noise and allows for easy expansion, and they are designed to be mold and mildew resistant. They can operate within a temperature range of -20°F to 200°F, with an intermittent range of -20°F to 250°F, and the inner core is self-extinguishing. The ducts come in diameters ranging from 4 inches to 20 inches and are GREENGUARD certified, with a 10-year limited warranty.
