Abrasion resistant coated 2 sides coated cast acrylic clear sheet offers excellent optical clarity and high impact strength with abrasion and chemical resistant properties. It resists marring and scratching from everyday public contact, daily cleanings, and airborne dirt and dust. It is useful for numerous applications, including P-O-P displays, store fixtures, menu boards, flat panel display monitors, signs and directories, LCD screens, and framing. The sheet is compliant with ASTM D638, ASTM D790, and ASTM D256 standards, measures 48 inches by 96 inches, and comes in thickness options of 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, and 3/8 inch. The cast acrylic material has a density of 1.19 g/cm³, a tensile strength of 75 MPa, and an elongation at break of 6%. The kit includes one sheet with protective film on both sides for added durability during handling and installation. The product is certified for UL 94V-0 flame resistance. It carries a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
