PC-300™ ESD polycarbonate is a plastic sheet product designed to control static electricity in various applications, including windows, doors, mini-environment glazing panels, and machine guards, covers, and enclosures. This premium quality polycarbonate sheet is coated with SciCron Technologies proprietary, clear, C-300™ static dissipative coating, which prevents charge generation on the sheet surfaces, thereby controlling particulate attraction and preventing electrostatic discharge (ESD) events regardless of humidity. The PC-300™ polycarbonate is lightweight, easily fabricated, and available in large sheet sizes. It features superior impact resistance, flame-spread properties, excellent clarity, chemical resistance, and mar resistance, making it suitable for flat applications such as cleanroom glazing and equipment windows.
