The Power MIG® 262MP Multi-Process Welder is capable of pulsed MIG and constant voltage MIG, DC TIG, DC Stick, and flux-cored applications up to 300 amps, suitable for autobody repair, fabrication, education use, and general maintenance. It has a maximum output of 300 amps and includes multi-process functionality such as MIG, pulsed MIG, Stick, flux-cored, and TIG welding. The welder features advanced technologies including Ready.Set.Weld®, ArcFX®, and Weld Set Memory for precise machine control. It has an intuitive 7-inch color LCD display that enhances operator-machine communication. Key features include an aluminum pulse process for welding 4XXX and 5XXX series aluminum, Stick settings optimized for 6010 and 6011 electrodes, memory recall with an enhanced user interface, synergic control enabling weld procedure adjustment with a single control, and a rugged MaxTrac® industrial wire drive for constant wire feed speed and consistent weld quality. It supports three methods to feed aluminum—push gun, spool gun, or push-pull gun—with built-in electronics for all. The kit includes one Power MIG® 262 welder, one K4530-2 Magnum Pro 250L welding gun, one K586-1 adjustable gas regulator and hose, one KP1696-1 drive roll kit for 0.035/0.045 inch wire, one quick storage accessories, and one 10 ft work cable.
