The Labexact® nylon syringe filter with integrated glass fiber prefilter is designed for high-performance filtration of samples containing elevated particulate levels, featuring a 0.22 µm nylon membrane for fine particulate removal suitable for sterilizing-grade clarification while maintaining excellent flow characteristics. The upstream glass fiber prefilter reduces membrane fouling, extending filter life and improving throughput with difficult or turbid samples. Nylon material offers broad chemical compatibility with aqueous solutions and many organic solvents, making the filter versatile across applications. The filter has a 25 mm diameter, supporting higher sample volumes and consistent processing. It is supplied nonsterile and is ideal for analytical, research, and quality control laboratories requiring efficient, clog-resistant filtration.
