I.W. Tremont offers high-quality extraction thimbles manufactured from either high purity cellulose fibers or high purity glass binderless microfiber, featuring consistent wall thickness. These thimbles are commonly used in Soxhlet extraction, air and waste gas analysis, collection of solid particles such as dust, smoke stack gas monitoring, analysis of pesticide residues, oil/fat content determination in solid foods, oil and grease analysis of solid wastes, and elution for biochemical analysis.
