The Werner T7416 fiberglass 16-foot twin stepladder features a duty rating of 300 pounds per side of the ladder and is designed for one or two-person jobs. The T7400 series ladders include heavy gauge aluminum tops and heavy-duty internal spreaders for durability and resistance to damage during worksite use or transit. The rails have Glas*Mark Violator stripes for increased visibility, and the Edge bracing system along with external rail shields enhance the ladder’s long-lasting durability. The fiberglass rails are non-conductive, making the ladder suitable for working near electricity. The ladder includes back-up aluminum plates reinforcing all top connectors, a shoulder bolt and lock nut on the top hinge, and four solid aluminum rivets attaching the top to each rail. Slip-resistant Traction-Tred steps are double riveted and knee-braced, with rubber step bumpers to resist damage. Shoe pads are riveted to the Edge structure, and every rivet is backed up by metal, metal plates, or washers to protect the rails. The maximum load per side, including person and materials, shall not exceed the 300-pound duty rating.
