The 50-lb. capacity Spyker™ Ergo-Pro™ walk-behind salt spreader is designed for tough winter tasks and is capable of spreading salt, ice melt, and similar materials. It features a stainless steel carving blade that slices through dense substances like ice melt and rock salt, with a hi-vis reflective frame enhancing visibility in low-light or adverse weather conditions. The innovative impact-resistant, bridge-free hopper design ensures smooth material flow without the need for shaking or bouncing, and the all-welded, triangulated frame and handle construction provide maximum durability and strength while reducing user fatigue. The ergonomic, adjustable handle extends from 5'3" to 6'6" and includes a lift handle for easier lifting, even when full. The spreader has large pneumatic tires to minimize fatigue, improve traction, and reduce grass damage. It includes fully enclosed metal gears with zerk fittings backed by a lifetime warranty, a support stand compatible with all rear platform carriers that allows maximum fill without tipping, a cold shock-proof winter cover with an easy on/off tab, and a hi-vis variable full deflector that adjusts the spread width from 3 to 12 ft. without tools.
