The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Roloc™ Fibre Disc 1182C features re-engineered 3M™ precision-shaped grain, providing legendary speed and longevity for grinding mild or carbon steels with increased productivity and lower overall grinding costs compared to other quick-change discs. This long-lasting disc offers a fast cut rate with high stock removal over a wide range of application pressures and is designed to increase throughput and parts completed per disc in medium to high-pressure grinding applications. Engineered to reduce operator fatigue, it requires less pressure due to its exceptionally high cut rate, while its stiff fiber backing and strong resin bond ensure durability and tear resistance for heavy grinding, beveling, medium-pressure surface grinding, weld removal, blending, and robotic operations.
