The 3M™ Cubitron™ 3 Roloc™ Fibre Disc 1182C features re-engineered 3M™ precision-shaped grain that delivers a fast cut rate with high stock removal across a wide range of application pressures, ideal for medium to high-pressure grinding applications on mild or carbon steels. This long-lasting disc offers increased productivity and lower overall grinding costs compared to other competitive quick-change discs. Designed with a stiff fiber backing and strong resin bond, it provides durability and tear resistance necessary for heavy grinding, beveling, medium-pressure surface grinding, weld removal, blending, and robotic operations. The curved sides of the precision-shaped grain maintain sharp cutting points that slice cleanly through metal while continuously self-sharpening as points break off, allowing operators to work with less fatigue due to the efficient cut rate requiring less pressure.
