The Ravas ICP-32 is a rugged, carriage plate-based weighing system designed to convert a forklift into a mobile scale, providing real-time weight data without compromising performance or safety. It is intended for demanding logistics, manufacturing, and material handling applications and mounts directly to an ITA Class II carriage plate measuring 16 inches high by 36 inches wide, ensuring unmatched stability, protection, and precision. The system features a load cell-based design that delivers optimal accuracy of 0.1% of the load lifted, equivalent to +/- 5 lbs at a 5,000 lb load, with accuracy maintained proportionally at lower weights, such as +/- 1 lb at 1,000 lbs. It is compatible with attachments like hang-on side shifters, fork positioners, paper clamps, and barrel handlers but is not compatible with integrated fork positioners.
