The Ravas ICP-32 is a rugged, carriage plate-based weighing system that converts a forklift into a mobile scale, providing real-time weight data without compromising performance or safety. It features a load cell-based design that delivers optimal accuracy of 0.1% of the load lifted, equivalent to +/- 5 lbs at a 5,000 lb load, with proportional accuracy maintained as the weight decreases (e.g., +/- 1 lb at 1,000 lbs). The unit is designed for demanding logistics, manufacturing, and material handling environments, mounting directly to an ITA Class II forklift carriage plate measuring 16" high by 36" wide, offering stability, protection, and precision. The system is legal for trade and NTEP certified. It is compatible with attachments such as hang-on side shifters, fork positioners, paper clamps, and barrel handlers but is not compatible with integrated fork positioners.
