The RCS weighing system is a hydraulic-based weighing solution designed for check weighing, overload prevention, and bulk inventory management, suitable for simple weight checks where high accuracy is not required. The system operates without additional sensors in the forks, allowing the forklift to remain fully usable without any structural modifications, and is powered through the forklift battery. It provides accuracy between 2-4% of the forklift's capacity; for example, a 5,000 lbs capacity unit has an accuracy of +/- 100-200 lbs, meaning a 1,000 lbs load on this unit would still have an accuracy of +/- 100-200 lbs based on the forklift’s capacity.
