The RCS weighing system is a hydraulic-based weighing solution designed for check weighing, overload prevention, and bulk inventory management. It is suitable for simple weight checks where high accuracy is not essential. The system operates without requiring additional sensors in the forks, allowing the forklift to remain fully usable without structural modifications. Powered through the forklift battery, the unit includes an optional overload buzzer. The measurement accuracy ranges between 2-4% of the forklift's capacity; for example, a 5,000 lbs capacity unit has an accuracy of plus or minus 100-200 lbs, meaning that a 1,000 lbs load on a 5,000 lbs capacity unit would still have an accuracy of plus or minus 100-200 lbs.
