The RCS weighing system is a hydraulic-based solution designed for check weighing, overload prevention, and bulk inventory management, suitable for simple weight checks where high accuracy is not required. The system operates without additional sensors in the forks, allowing the forklift to remain fully usable without structural modifications. Powered through the forklift battery, the unit includes a built-in printer. The system achieves accuracy of 2-4% of the forklift capacity; for example, a 5,000 lb capacity unit provides accuracy of +/- 100-200 lbs, meaning a 1,000 lb load on a 5,000 lb capacity unit would still have an accuracy of +/- 100-200 lbs.
