The Forney® Pro Frontline™ 75A smart battery charger and engine starter delivers up to 75 amps of charging current and 300 amps of engine-starting output, designed for 6-volt and 12-volt systems across automotive, agricultural, marine, and shop environments. It supports a wide range of battery types, including traditional lead-acid (wet, EFB, MF, CA, deep-cycle), AGM, gel, and LiFePO4 lithium chemistries. The advanced multi-stage charging system automatically adjusts voltage and current to optimize battery recovery, performance, and service life. Users can select among three charge rates (10 A, 25 A, 75 A) to suit different battery sizes and tasks, with a 300A engine start/boost feature for difficult starts. A variable power supply mode (13.1–14.9 V) is available for ECU programming, battery swaps, accessory power, and bench diagnostics. Repair Mode targets sulfation and acid stratification to improve or potentially recover neglected lead-acid batteries, while Alternator Test Mode allows quick assessment of charging system health by monitoring system voltage with the engine running. The unit is constructed with heavy-duty 14 AWG DC charging leads, a robust 4 GA AC power cable measuring 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m), and a durable IP20-rated steel housing resistant to oil, chemicals, grease, and UV exposure.
