The JohnDow™ vehicle fire blanket JDI-VFB3326 is designed to suppress electric (EV), hybrid, and internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle fire flames and fumes. Made from high temperature-resistant material, the flexible large blanket measures 26 x 33 inches (8 x 10 m) and covers vehicles up to class 3, preventing fire spread and minimizing combustion by depriving vehicle fires of oxygen, thereby reducing fire temperature. The kit includes a compact, waterproof bag for easy transport and storage, and the blanket can be quickly deployed from a highly visible storage rack using oversized straps, allowing comfortable deployment over the vehicle. It is intended for single use on any passenger vehicle, including EVs and ICE vehicles. The blanket contains and controls toxic smoke derived from combustion and generates thick smoke for better visibility. Deployment can be completed in under a minute with only two people. This fire blanket is suitable for use in parking lots, automotive repair facilities, firefighters, parking structures, service stations, and charging stations.
