The NERP series of electric chain hoists from Harrington features advanced technology and a push/pull trolley, delivering high-quality, low headroom, and fully-featured hoists that ensure reliable performance in both routine and demanding environments. Key features include "The Guardian" smart brake technology, a current-driven electromagnetic brake that only releases when the motor is energized, Grade 80 nickel-plated load chain, and a count hour meter that records and displays the number of lowering starts and hoist on time. Additionally, the hoists include a five-pocket load sheave to minimize vibration and increase chain longevity, a cooler motor and brake thanks to the fan-cooled motor, low-profile upper and lower limit switches, and plug-in pendant and power supply cords. These hoists are UL listed to UL 1340, comply with RoHS requirements, and exceed the ASME H4 duty rating. All hoists come with a test certificate verifying that they have been factory load tested to 125% of their rated capacity in accordance with ASME B30.16.
