Fan forced cabinet unit heaters are designed for commercial and institutional applications such as stores, schools, offices, and churches. These versatile heaters can be wall or ceiling mounted and accommodate semi-recessed or fully recessed installations. They allow for up flow or down flow configurations through rotational installation and feature a grill section that can be field reversed to change air direction. Constructed with 18 gauge steel housing and a beige powder coat finish, these electric heaters utilize a 1-speed shaded pole, permanently lubricated fan motor for durability. The built-in thermostat operates within a 50-90°F temperature range, while heat output and fan speeds are independently controlled. The thermostat can also be bypassed for remote wall thermostat use. Each unit includes steel sheath finned tubular elements, a 24V transformer and relay, a disconnect switch, a fan delay switch, and a replaceable dust filter. For ease of maintenance, the fan and element decks are removable. Additionally, wall heaters are equipped with full-length capillary automatic reset thermal protection and a secondary manual reset to prevent overheating. The cabinet dimensions are 9-1/2"D x 25"H, and the product is UL listed and CSA approved, backed by a 1 year limited warranty.
