The Horizontal or Vertical Discharge Fan Forced Suspended Unit Heater is a robust 3,300 watt heater operating at 480V, designed for versatile installation in either vertical or horizontal discharge applications. This heater features an 18-gauge steel cabinet housing with a durable powder coat finish, ensuring long-lasting use. It incorporates a spiral fin steel element with continuously brazed steel fins to facilitate side draw through airflow. The unit includes individually adjustable louvers for directional air flow control of up to 15° from a straight horizontal position. Safety features include an automatic reset limit that de-energizes the heater in case of overheating, as well as a fan over-ride that purges residual heat upon shutdown. The control compartment housing is equipped with a hinged and latched access door for easy access to wiring for installation and maintenance. Additionally, this suspended unit heater utilizes a totally enclosed 1-speed permanently lubricated, thermally protected motor with unit bearings. It is UL approved and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
